Questions about pricing
Why a one time purchase instead of a subscription?
Because you should own the software and run it yourself. The installed version keeps running without renewal, an update and support contract is optional and cancelable. That fits a system that works without cloud and without dependency.
What does 'from' mean in the price?
The stated amount is the entry point, the smallest configuration. The final price depends on scope, number of users and setup. I give you a binding quote after a short conversation, before you decide anything.
Are there discounts for pilot partners?
Yes. Anyone who joins during the pilot phase gets pilot terms and helps decide which features come next. This applies to all projects with the status pilot phase.
Is VAT added on top?
No. The small business regulation under section 19 of the German VAT Act applies, so no VAT is shown. The stated price is the price you pay.
