Ontology Builder

Model entities, attributes and relationships visually, with swappable domain packs instead of hard coded industry terms: the same core already carries a security agency model and a hospital model today, without a single line of code difference.

What happened most recently

2026-11-01New: eleven detailed blog articles on the new areas: The right to hesitate (manifesto), Protective Shield, Klartext, case questions, AI layer, large data volumes, workflows and version spaces, hospital scenario, process analysis, hardening test and the ecosystem overview with 34 capabilities. The source code of the open verifier is public on GitHub.

2026-10-24Defconder Labs: fourteen films show the platform in the real interface, with invented data.

2026-10-21New: Defconder Comms, the end-to-end encrypted command communication. Orders with a signed acknowledgement, alerts with an escalation chain, mesh from phone to phone, decoy PIN, archive under the four-eyes principle. In development, without independent assessment. Dedicated blog article with film.

2026-10-17The Defconder blog article is available as a PDF whitepaper with a clickable table of contents, in German and English.

2026-10-16New: Defconder Terra, the 3D world with weather, water, fire and supply outage, and the crisis plan with a plan coach of 29 fixed rules without AI.

2026-10-14New: Defconder Terminal, a free browser game that makes four core functions tangible in about ten minutes. Dedicated blog article.

2026-09-30The platform has grown beyond the four modules: real time picture, orbit, airspace monitoring, sensor fusion, federated search, mesh network, AI gate and own map server run on exercise data.

2026-09-19The name is out: the system is called Defconder and is now public, with its own domain, project page and blog post.

2026-09-13Outlook: the four modules above form the foundation, the focus now is a layout and app builder that assembles several finished, end user oriented interfaces from a single ontology core.

2026-09-13Core architecture and all four modules are in place, currently in active development and internal testing.
